How to Build a Soft Life Morning Routine Before You Open Instagram

Before you consume, document. Take a short clip of your coffee, outfit, walk, planner, workspace, or class setup. Add the lesson later. This trains you to see your life as proof, not performance.

5. Open Instagram with a purpose

When you finally open the app, know why you are there. Are you posting, responding, researching, or connecting? Give yourself a time limit and leave before comparison becomes the plan.
